GribAE is distributed free of charge. In any case Enviroware will do all the best to furnish support when needed.
Before contacting Enviroware, please check whether you have the most recent version of GribAE using the "Check for Updates" menu item.
If you still have problems, report them sending an e-mail to info(AT)enviroware(DOT)com.
When reporting problems, please include the following information:
- 1. Is the problem reproducible? If so, how? (Please include the input data).
- 2. What version of Windows are you running (Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP, etc.)?
- 3. What version of GribAE are you running? (To see what version of GribAE you have, use the About menu item). Please include version number and date in your problem report.
- 4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
