Enviroware at Nose 2024 International Conference

Enviroware participated to the 9th edition of the international conference NOSE 2024 on ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING of ODOURS and VOCs, held in Naples, Italy, 15-18 September 2024 contributing with two presentations:

PrOlor is an odour forecasting system that predicts the air dispersion of odours emitted by different types of sources, using the modelling chain GFS + WRF + CALWRF + CALMET + CALPUFF. PrOlor is a partnership with Ambiente et Olora sa, Bilbao, Spain.

PrOlor is a cost/effective solution to manage odour emissions from industrial activities. It allows, in fact, to predict possible exceedances of given odour thresholds at specific locations. This helps to plan in advance operations that involve emissions, as for example windrow movimentation, tanks cleaning, construction sites operations, as demolitions.
